Prémio Inovação - Dieta Mediterrânica
O Hostlab está nomeado para o prémio Inovação - Dieta Mediterrânica, promovido pela CCDR Algarve I.P. em conjunto com o Município de Tavira, a Associação In-Loco e a Caixa de Crédito Agrícola Mútuo do Sotavento Algarvio.
Este prémio visa premiar a Inovação de produtores/projetos/empresas, presentes na Feira da Dieta Mediterrânica, na área dos produtos agroalimentares.

Produto: Azeite para barrar; creme de queijo de cabra; semifrio de alfarroba
Elemento Inovação: Permitiu desenvolver produtos inovadores com base em ingredientes endógenos da região. O azeite para barrar foi produzido a partir de queijo fresco de leite de cabra de raça algarvia. A sobremesa fria foi preparada a partir do queijo creme, foi ainda utilizado entre outros ingredientes farinha e goma de alfarroba.
